What you need to know to export plastics

Chapter 39 spans 26 headings, from raw polymer resins to finished consumer goods like kitchenware and packaging. Each heading has its own tariff rate in each market and may be subject to different technical or environmental rules.

Certificates of origin are often required to benefit from preferential tariff rates under bilateral or multilateral trade agreements. Confirm whether your destination country has an agreement with Spain that reduces duties on your specific heading.
