Purpose and user status
This notice governs access to and use of the website exporta.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"). Exporta.ai is an export intelligence and CRM platform for businesses: market analysis, customer search, sales management, trade fairs and tools to support internationalisation. Anyone who browses the Site becomes a user and accepts this notice. Use of the application (app.exporta.ai) and the purchase of plans are also governed by the General terms and conditions, the Terms of use of artificial intelligence and the Data processing agreement, which prevail in respect of the matters they specifically regulate. If you do not agree with this notice, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You undertake to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice. In particular, you may not: • Introduce viruses, malicious code or any other element that could damage or overload the systems. • Extract content on a large scale or by automated means (scraping, bots, spiders) without written authorisation. • Attempt to access restricted areas, other users' accounts or the systems of Exporta.ai or its providers. • Impersonate other people or use the Site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to the rights of third parties. Exporta.ai may restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.
Intellectual and industrial property
The Site and all its contents (texts, sample reports, guides, graphics, design, code, databases, logos and the Exporta.ai brand) are owned by Tarraconsulting International S.L. or by third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. You may consult the content and share links to it. Its reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party trade marks, trade names or logos appearing on the Site (for example, those of customers, institutions or integrated tools) belong to their respective owners and are cited for identification purposes or with their permission.

The public contents of the Site (guides, market and tariff heading profiles, blog, resources and foreign trade data) are for general information and guidance only. Some of them are produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools from public sources and are reviewed periodically. Liability and availability
Exporta.ai endeavours to keep the Site available and free of errors, but cannot guarantee this at all times. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or external causes (network or provider failures, or force majeure). To the extent permitted by law, Exporta.ai accepts no liability for damage arising from interruptions, content errors, viruses that could not be detected with reasonable measures, or misuse of the Site by users.

The personal data you provide to us through the Site are processed in accordance with the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie policy. Both are available at the bottom of every page.

Exporta.ai only sends commercial communications by electronic means where permitted by Article 21 of the LSSI-CE: with your consent or, if you are a customer, about products or services similar to those you have purchased. Exporta.ai may amend this notice and the content of the Site at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date of update.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Tarragona, unless the law establishes another mandatory venue (for example, that of the consumer's domicile). The European Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). Consumers may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution and consumer bodies. This document is drafted in Spanish, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy with its translations.
