How credits work
Your plan includes a monthly credit balance. Every AI action costs a known amount shown up front, and if an action fails you get the credits back. Browsing, using the CRM and reviewing what you already generated cost nothing. A credit is roughly one cent.
One balance for everything
No modules to buy separately. Every paid plan includes the tools and you decide what to spend your credits on each month.
You only pay for the work
A credit is used when the platform works for you: a report, an email found, a translated document. Counting results and reading what is already generated is free.
You always know the cost
Before you run an action you see how many credits it takes, and the dashboard shows monthly usage by tool and by user.
Plan credits expire after three months; pack credits never do
Plan credits live for three months and stack up to three times your monthly allowance. Credits bought in a pack never expire.
So you never stop halfway through an analysis: when the balance drops below the threshold you set, the pack you chose is purchased. You can turn it off whenever you want.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Nothing is cut off and nothing is charged without warning: the platform tells you there are not enough credits for that action before running it. You can buy a one-off pack —which never expires— or wait for your plan’s monthly renewal. Nothing runs without you seeing the cost first.
Are any features locked to the expensive plans?
The tools are the same on every paid Exporta.ai plan: market analysis, customer finder, trade fairs, CRM, translation and Xport. What changes between Pro, Business, Multiempresa and Enterprise is how many credits each one includes per month — how much volume you can move. The exceptions are the API and the ChatGPT and Claude connection, roles and permissions and branded reports, which start on Business, and running several companies under one user, which is on Multiempresa and Enterprise.
Is there a lock-in or a cancellation penalty?
There is no lock-in. The subscription is monthly or yearly and you cancel it whenever you like from your own account; on cancelling you keep the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. The Free plan never expires and asks for no card.
How is the Free plan different from a free trial?
It does not end. The Exporta.ai Free plan is not a fourteen-day trial: it is a permanent account with reduced quotas of the main tools, so you can see results with your real product before paying anything. It asks for no card and does not turn into anything after a month.
