Which cookies and similar technologies we use on exporta.ai and app.exporta.ai, what they are for and how to accept them, reject them or withdraw your consent.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) or pixels, perform similar functions; in this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies". They may be first-party (set by Exporta.ai) or third-party (set by another service), session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (lasting for a set period).
Legal basis and consent
Under Article 22(2) of the LSSI-CE, technical cookies that are necessary to provide the service you request do not require consent. Analytics and attribution cookies are only activated if you accept them. The first time you visit the website or the application, we show you a notice with two options of equal prominence: accept or reject. If you do not choose, non-essential cookies are not loaded. Your choice is stored for one year and applies to both exporta.ai and app.exporta.ai.
Technical and preference cookies (no consent required)
• exporta_consent_analitica (first-party, 1 year): stores whether you accept or reject analytics. • sb-…-auth-token (first-party, renewable session): keeps you signed in to the application. • NEXT_LOCALE (first-party, session): remembers the language you have chosen. • exporta_barra (first-party, 1 year): remembers whether you have collapsed the side menu. • exporta_ref (first-party, 30 days): remembers the referral code you arrived with so that it can be linked to your sign-up. • Application local storage: preferences for dismissed notices, inbox and calendar, and the queue of captures made offline at trade fairs, which is sent once the connection is restored. • Access security cookies for support staff, when they work on an account with authorisation (30 minutes).
Analytics and attribution cookies (consent required)
• PostHog (third-party; servers in the EU; up to 1 year): measures how the website and the application are used, logs errors and, in the application, may record sessions with all texts and fields masked. Cookie ph_…_posthog and local storage. • Clientify (third-party; up to 1 year and 1 month): measures visits and attributes sales contacts to their source, including the website's WhatsApp button. • Google Tag Manager (third-party): manages the loading of the analytics tags above; it does not set cookies itself, but the tags it loads may do so. • Wistia (third-party): video player on the home page and in the resources; without your consent it runs in "do not track" mode.
Advertising cookies
Exporta.ai does not use advertising or behavioural advertising cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will state so here and they will only be activated with your consent.
How to change or withdraw your consent
You can change your decision at any time by deleting the exporta_consent_analitica cookie in your browser settings: when you return, we will show you the notice again. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera). If you block technical cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the application.
International transfers
Some third parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the safeguards described in the Privacy policy apply (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Updates to this policy
We review this policy when the cookies we use change. We will ask for your consent again if the purposes change and, in any event, after one year.
