Terms of use of artificial intelligence
How the artificial intelligence features of Exporta.ai work, what you can expect from their results and what your responsibilities are when using them.

Scope
These terms form part of the General terms and conditions and apply to all features of the Platform that use artificial intelligence, including: • Market reports and analysis, market search by tariff heading, and more companies from the report. • Tariff classification (HS codes) of products. • Customer search and enrichment of companies and contacts. • Drafting of emails, sequences and LinkedIn messages, and the CRM's AI actions. • The Xport assistant. • Transcription of voice notes and dictation, reading of business cards and extraction of exhibitors. • Trade fair search, trade fair reports and grant reports. • Analysis of your company's website during sign-up.
How it works
Exporta.ai does not develop its own models: it uses third-party models through the OpenRouter platform (including models from Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek and Xiaomi). The specific model used for each feature may change to improve quality, speed or cost. Some features consult public sources on the internet while they work. In market reports, data marked [VERIFICADO] (verified) carry their source; data that could not be checked are marked [A CONFIRMAR] (to be confirmed).
Nature of the results
AI results are generated probabilistically. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and may include data, companies or sources that do not exist or are incorrect. They are an aid to your work, not a conclusion: they do not constitute customs, tax, legal, financial or investment advice, and must not be the sole basis for a business decision, a customs declaration or a communication to third parties.
Human review
You must review and validate each result before using it, in particular: • Tariff headings, before using them in a declaration or an offer. • The figures, companies and sources in reports, before making a decision or sharing them. • Email and LinkedIn drafts, before sending them: the Platform does not send them; you send them from your own mailbox or account, and you are responsible for their content. • Enriched contact details, before adding or using them.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the AI features to: • Make decisions that produce legal effects on, or significantly affect, individuals without human intervention. • Process special categories of data or data relating to minors. • Generate content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or infringes the rights of third parties, or impersonate other people. • Engage in practices prohibited by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence. • Attempt to circumvent the models' safeguards or extract their instructions. Exporta.ai may suspend access to these features in the event of use contrary to these terms.
Your data and model training
For each task, we send the model only the information necessary (for example, the description of your product, a contact's details or the text of a voice note). Exporta.ai does not use Customer Content to train artificial intelligence models, nor does it authorise its providers to do so. Providers process the data to deliver the service in accordance with their API terms of use. Avoid entering particularly sensitive information or unnecessary personal data into the AI features.
Ownership of results
To the extent that rights exist in them, the results generated for you belong to you and you may use them freely in your business, in compliance with these terms and the rights of third parties. Exporta.ai processes them only to provide you with the service. Similar results may be generated for other customers, given the way the models work.
Transparency
AI features are identified as such on the Platform. If you publish or send to third parties content generated with AI, it is up to you to assess whether you must disclose this, in accordance with the Artificial Intelligence Regulation and applicable legislation.
Credits
AI features consume the credits shown before they are run. If a feature fails or returns no result, the credits are refunded automatically. Some auxiliary features are free of charge but are subject to usage limits.
Liability
AI features are provided "as is". Exporta.ai accepts no liability for damage arising from the use of the results without the review described above, or for decisions made on the basis of them, subject to the limits and exceptions set out in the General terms and conditions.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the features, the models or the legislation, on the terms set out in the General terms and conditions.
