Luis Sanz FiguerasFounder de Exporta.aiHimexfil makes yarn and technical textiles and sells to distributors and customers all over the world. It uses the full Exporta.ai platform: a multilingual, multi-country CRM that exports to Excel, and Xport, the assistant, which it asks about each customer’s history before a call or a visit.
The starting point
Technical textiles are sold to industrial customers spread across many countries, each with its own language and history. The bigger the customer base, the harder it is to know what was discussed with each one and when.
Himexfil needed a single tool for all its international activity, one that spoke the languages of its team and its customers, and that did not lock the data in: the information had to be able to go out to Excel whenever needed.
What they wanted
Keep the whole relationship with distributors and customers worldwide in one place, in several languages, and be able to ask about any of their histories without digging.
How they did it with Exporta.ai
- 01
A CRM built for export
Contacts and companies by country, with stages, tasks and notes in each user’s language. All of it exportable to Excel.
- 02
The whole platform, not one module
Markets, contacts, trade fairs and document translation share the same data: what is learned in one module shows up in the others.
- 03
Ask Xport before each contact
Xport knows each customer’s history — notes, emails, deals — and answers in plain language: what was discussed last time, what is pending, what they asked for.
Modules they used
- Sales CRMContacts, companies, tasks and deals by country and language.
- Xport, the assistantAnswers about your markets, your contacts and your history.
- Potential marketsWhich countries to open, with official trade data.
- Contact searchDistributors and buyers by profile, with verified data.
- Trade fairsPreparation, capture at the stand and follow-up.
- Document translationCatalogues and data sheets in another language, layout intact.
What we learned
An export CRM has to be multilingual and multi-country from day one; adding it later means rebuilding it.
The value of the history shows up when you can ask: “what did we promise this customer?” has to be answered in seconds, not by searching three places.
