Each layer is calculated on the one before it, which is how an export price is built. Margin applies on the price, not on cost; duty on the CIF value; and the channel price by dividing by one minus its margin, because a distributor works on its sale and not on its purchase. Freight, insurance and cost figures are whatever you type.
