The Castilla-La Mancha Foreign Promotion Institute (IPEX) has its call for individual internationalisation plans open until 9 November 2026: 900,000 euros across four lines, with aid covering 100 % of the plan up to 5,000 euros for start-up exporters and 8,000 euros for consolidated ones. It is for Castilla-La Mancha companies that export or want to start.

What the call is
IPEX's Resolution of 5 October 2026 approves grants for individual internationalisation plans, both for companies starting to export and for those with established exports. The text was published in the Official Journal of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) with reference 2026/7259.
The total budget is 900,000 euros, and 30 % of the credit is reserved for applicants in sparsely populated areas or areas at risk of depopulation. Grants are awarded by competitive tender: applications are scored and compete with each other within each line.

Who can apply
The start-up lines are for companies that have exported for two years at most between 2021 and 2025, or that have not exported in that period but have export potential. The potential is assessed by IPEX's technical team through a diagnosis, which must be positive.
The consolidation lines are for companies that have exported for at least three years between 2021 and 2025. Lines 1 and 3 exclude anyone who benefited in the 2024 and 2025 calls. In the start-up lines, scoring includes positive results in recent financial years, having taken part in programmes such as ICEX NEXT or the Chambers' Expande Programme, and having a website in Spanish, English or other languages. In consolidation, having an export department is worth up to 40 points.

Which expenses count and which dates to track
The call funds international promotion actions, such as fairs, business trips or showrooms; innovation actions, such as trademark and patent registration or product approvals; and sustainability actions, such as environmental and compliance certifications. The call's annex details the admitted expenses.
The application deadline is 9 November 2026. Actions may be carried out from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027, and the justification is due by 30 June 2027 at the latest. IPEX's information document is not binding: the text published in the DOCM prevails, and it is worth reading in full before applying.
